In partnership with the Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME), Trayas is reforming the Punjab government labour protection framework. Our efforts have already seen early success: Based on our recommendations, the Chief-minister of Punjab announced reforms that enhanced the freedom of enterprises to hire female employees. The virtual announcement was live streamed on Facebook. Our work in Punjab also received a mention in an article titled With a multi-stakeholder initiative with GAME, Omidyar Network India, & others, Punjab leads the way to bring regulatory reforms to its MSME sector published on the digital portal YourStory.
