Subha is the HR Leader for the Transformation Services business in Genpact – a global professional services firm. Subha has diverse experience with stints in the government, public policy and with corporates in the areas of organisation development, re-engineering and transformation.

She was a member of the startup team that set the foundations for Aadhaar – the world’s largest biometric identity project targeted at improving efficiencies in Government to Citizen services among other things. She’s also worked with the Centre for Civil Society – a Global Top 100 think tank working on education and livelihoods policies in India.   

She is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) and Columbia University.
